Original Paddle Fans

Each Original Paddle Fan is allocated a unique number against which all technical and other information is recorded.

At Sky Fans^®, we use only the finest materials to manufacture our ceiling fans. The paddles are crafted from imported superior multi-layered hardwood (up to 7 ply) to ensure strength and durability. The motor covers are made from solid African hardwood which is computer cut to allow a perfect fit and additional motor cooling. The outer profile is hand-turned by our timber specialist.

Our ceiling fans offer whisper quiet operation on the lower speeds: we go the extra mile to ensure that. The motor casings are made from aluminium; as such they will not rust.
Each Original Paddle Fan is supplied with a flush mounted 4 speed controller which is housed behind a white Legrand Arteor faceplate. A remote control is available as an optional extra.

Down rods: we supply a 230mm rod to suit a ceiling up to 2.7m high. Longer rods are available as optional extras for ceilings up to 8m high.
The fans are rated for use in a dry location.

IMPORTANT

The Original Paddle Fan should be installed after all building work is complete. You may choose to install the accessories and speed controllers in advance but only install the fan motors and paddles when the site is free of cement dust, all painting completed and contractors are no longer carrying ladders around!
